Refund Policy

This policy explains our refund and chargeback position for a Poetato licence. It sits alongside our Terms of Service, and it does not take away any legal rights you have as a consumer.
1.Instant digital delivery
Our products- Smoothtato and Botato- are digital content, delivered instantly as a licence key at the end of checkout. There is nothing to ship and no cooling-off period once delivery has begun.
2.Your 14-day cancellation right, and why it ends at purchase
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once supply has started with your agreement.
Please read before you buy.
By completing your purchase and receiving or using your licence key, you expressly ask us to supply the digital content immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once delivery or use has begun.
In plain terms: once your key has been issued to you, the purchase is non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
3.Refunds and chargebacks
All sales are final. Because our software is delivered digitally and activated instantly, we do not offer refunds.
If you experience a problem with the software, contact support on Discord BEFORE taking any other action and we will help you resolve it.
Initiating a chargeback will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account and a ban from all future purchases.
